Petra Cvelbar / In Women's Hands / V ženskih rokah

We have waited a long time for it. Now it's here!

Petra Cvelbar's photographic monograph celebrating women in music, featuring Patti Smith, Grace Jones, Nicole Mitchell, Kim Gordon, Laurie Anderson, Joëlle Léandre, Mette Rasmussen, Neneh Cherry, Mary Halvorson, Kaja Draksler, Severa Gjurin, Macy Gray, Dee Dee Bridgewater and many more is available for pre-order.

"The book In Women’s Hands shines a light on history and helps reshape and rebuild the narrative of female representation in music. It is an active choice and an active action towards structural change. It addresses the fact that society still struggles with outdated traditional gender hierarchies."

Mette Rasmussen (renowned Danish saxofonist)
