Janez Vlachy / Nudes Stories

The works of Janez Vlachy are a reaction of his internal self. They are a reflection of the psychological and social atmosphere of our time - a collection of emotions of the confusing beginning of the third millennia. His images are responses to reality, full of unrequited longing, sexual passions and stories, accusations, aggression, and romantic nostalgia. He is questioning the human identity and its future. These are not portraits and nudes as they appear at first sight. They are visually planned and mentally balanced tales, which show the author as mundanely vulnerable and brutally at the mercy of the viewer.
