Revija Fotografija št. 97 / 2021: Hanno Hardt. Fotografija, beseda in spomin

 Hanno Hardt (1934-2011) was considered one of the most prominent media theorists and leading exponents of critical communication theory. Among other things, he was a professor of communication studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana, where he was actively involved in the teaching and research process until his death. He was not only a scholar, but also a passionate photographer. He was a passionate photographer, and he devoted himself mainly to long-term documentary projects of everyday life in Ireland, the USA, the former East Germany and Slovenia.

Revija Fotografija, number 97, dedicated to him, contains the essays: Pierced Memories: On the Rhetoric of the Bayonet-Pierced Photograph, Images for the Masses: Photography and the Rise of Popular Magazines in Weimar Germany, and Visual Rhetoric.
